chocolate banana muffins and M&M cupcakes

Today is a very tiring day.

I went to marine parade market in the morning to get super ripe bananas to make muffins and a chicken for grandma as she needs to make chicken soup and use the soup to cook bee hoon.

After that, my dad fetch my to school for Salvo Training. After training, got camp committee meeting. After that i rushed down to grandma house and started baking. I baked a total of 48 chocolate banana muffins and 16 M&M Cupcakes! So damm tiring ahha after all that measuring and mixing and washing up, i was totally exhuasted but it was all worth it. i am very happy baking but today was a little too packed for me haha but in the end i manage to pull through :) i divided the muffins and cupcakes for Salvo, K06, Family and cell group. hope that they would like it :P

I tried baking the chocolate banana muffins and M&M cupcakes yesterday and last week on seperate days and i succeeded so today i baked both :) and i am very happy that the icing for my cupcakes improved! it dries faster and it's much better. i think it's because the other time the egg white too much thats why so moist.
